    I kind of like them. They could’ve done better but they also could’ve done a lot worse. I wish the Halo was gold. Maybe I’ll finally tune in to watch a game this season now.

    Just further confirms Arte doesn’t actually care about winning. He signs these big names to put butts in the seats. Nothing more. Makes sense as to why he doesn’t pay for pitching. That only guarantees butts in seats every 5th day. Like I’ve been saying, until he’s gone the Angels aren’t winning anything

    Yep, it’s almost like Arte hands them a script (obviously he doesn’t but they’ve all said the same thing). They also always make sure to mention how committed to winning Arte is during their pressers

    Canning is AW’s new Andrew Heaney. Every offseason his name will be brought up due to the Angels inability to address their need for pitching. But just like Heaney, Canning doesn’t have that ‘it’ factor.

    If they just spent the bulk of their remaining budget on Iglesias then our expectations for this season shouldn’t be very high.
