Giants. Their recent wins have made their new fans up here unbearable. The Mariners. Dipoto mostly. The Astros don’t bother me at all even being in the division and winning recently. A’s currently don’t bother me. I like Olson and Davis a lot. Rangers will always rub me the wrong way after a couple somewhat decent seasons. And of course the Yankees, Red Sox, and Dodgers

I don’t get to watch when they play the Mariners so I’m sad I didn’t get to see D-Train this weekend. Cool to hear he did well

I was trying to figure out how we can improve the offense. Cozart isn’t the solution but he’s being paid like he is and they will run puff pieces about how his injury held him back all season. I’d love to see a combo of Fletch and Ren with Cozart round out the infield unless they plan on going crazy with a Machado signing. I DO NOT WANT Eppler to sign mid level guys for the offense. He’s been terrible at that. Valbuena, Young, Cozart. Bleh. We don’t need a ton of offense from the catcher spot, but we sure need to improve everywhere else. The hitting (especially against lefties) has been brutal to watch. The pitching is where I would spend. 1 or 2 bullpen signings and hope Eppler can fill the rest our. And a starter who can eat some innings. Skaggs, Heaney, and Trop are all solid, but they don’t make it far in games. This team needs a lot of fixing

I don’t know how to look this stuff up but we have to near the bottom of the league with RISP right? Especially in the last month or so

I used to get excited when Eppler would claim some random reliever off of waivers because they were always studs somehow. But now it’s looking like a lot of luck as many of them came back to earth and all the new ones have been absolutely terrible

It was one game. It was great. Baseball has some boring ass uniforms. Obviously these aren’t the answer but it’s nice to see MLB have some fun every once in a while

Everyone knows I’m not an Alvarez fan, but he had success against the next batter (Canha I think?) and Bedrosian had been lit up by him. But it was a rightie vs leftie thing and that’s unforgivable at this point. Enough of that nonsense

My boss is one of the nicest dudes I’ve ever met. He’s definitely the best boss I’ll ever have. But when it comes to spoiling shows, HE’S THE WORST!!! He constantly spoiled GoT for me so when I finally watched it I knew about 3 huge things that happened. The other day he mentioned he just started watching Dexter and someone said they hadn’t seen it yet and he immediately said he couldn’t believe so and so died. I so badly wanted to spoil the craziest death on the show just to get him back. But it’s not intentional. He’s just kind of spacey when it comes to that. But damn.

I haven’t read through this thread so sorry if this has been mentioned, but the Rockies spent a ton of money on their bullpen and it’s been awful. Bullpens are just so volatile

Mariners have been the luckiest team in baseball this year. That’ll wear off and they’ll miss the playoffs. Or even better, they’ll make it and keep Dipoto around a while longer until he runs that franchise into the ground.

He’s been great since Detroit. Might be the reason we are on a winning streak right now. We just need someone who can hit in front of Trout and Upton. He was the first one I wanted gone too. Oops
