I don’t blame FG at all. The Angels don’t have the greatest rep as it is, and we’re in a year where Jackson Holliday, Even Carter, Wyatt Langford and Jackson Chourio have all floundered. So of course they’d be skeptical over Rada and Dana. 
Schanuel in essence becomes the necessary case study for the Angels as a whole. If he performs in this his rookie season where the hyped others have flopped, then it will somehow add legitimacy to the organization. 

Brett Kerry?  I mostly project him as a bullpen arm, but he's been surprisingly good since the day he was drafted. So you never know.

The thing about the 80’s and 90’s was that there wasn’t an expectation of winning and so the losing wasn’t as big of a disappointment.

Rumor has it Trout was caught trying to sneak into the visitors clubhouse after the game tonight. As he was escorted away, he could be heard shouting to Bryce Harper, “Take me with you!” 
 
Adell in the meantime was discovered wearing whiteface and a glued on beard as he attempted to convince Phillies manager Rob Thompson that he was Brandon Marsh.
 And finally, in a strange turn of events, Mark Gubicza attempted to announce on the new defunct “Threads” (a pathetic attempt at a Twitter/X alternative because lefties hate Elon) that he would be joining the Phillies broadcast team. No one read the message and Wayne Randazzo was found consoling Gubi as they returned to the Angels broadcast booth.
