    The concept sounded like a terrible idea but the cast looked impressive so it was worth a shot. Totally worth it. Best new show I've seen this year along with True Detective. I think it's supposed to be an anthology series too.

    The price is dropping fast so I think it'll go mainstream in a few years instead of disappearing like 3d. Even when it is common I doubt it'll be much use since hardly anything other than some Netflix feeds are available in 4k. 1080P has been around for ages and they still don't broadcast TV at that rate.

    I got mine in the mail today. Inside they have a separate ballot for 8 different parties. With California's open primary top two system what's the point? All 8 ballots are exactly the same. Multiply that by 20 million or so and how much money and paper did they waste for absolutely no reason?

    I wouldn't rule out Prince Fielder. He's fat and going to be 30 this year but a few good seasons with Texas can really help his chances.

    He made a brief appearance in the pilot episode at breakfast with all the other Lannisters in Winterfell. He was also in the throne room with Cersei during the Blackwater siege when Tywin came in and did a victory dance.

    They're on their 3rd actor for The Mountain right now. They also recast Tommen. That would be Joffrey's rarely seen younger brother for anyone who has trouble remembering minor characters.

    I heard the opposite. He did an AMA on reddit and said anytime someone stops him on the street they think it's pretty cool that he's so good at being an asshole. As far as the show catching up to the books goes I think there's a better than 50/50 chance the 6th one comes out this year. That would give him 3 years to wrap it up which is certainly possible but I wouldn't put money on it.

    Even though it's still early it's nice to see someone actually earning their big paycheck for once. I forgot what that was like. Haven't seen anyone do that in recent memory besides Vlad and Hunter.

    I am. If not eliminating them, then at least capping the limit at $100 or less. The less money they have the better. If their campaigns are so poor that they can only afford to campaign 3 months in advance instead of 6 years then everybody wins. On a semi-related note I'd also like the primary schedule to be randomized for that same reason. Right now Barack Obama's unborn grandkids are already campaigning in Iowa for the 2072 caucuses.

    If you say "Here's a bag of money, now go pass this law" it's an illegal bribe. If you say "Here's a bag of money" and then a year later say "It would be pretty cool if I could use my mistress as a tax deduction. Remember that bag of money I gave you a while ago? Git er done." it's a legal campaign contribution.

    Did you try using Internet Explorer? I failed a lot for me on Chrome so I figured it was one of those shitty sites that only works the way it's supposed to on IE and that turned out to be the case for me.
