    I vote we start stockpiling draft picks and build from the ground up. It sucks but I think this would be the best option right now. I feel bad that trout is part of this mess.

    I wish we could all go back to the way we evaluated players when I was growing up in the 80s. For hitters its Avg, HR, RBI (and SB for Henderson) For pitchers its ERA, W-L, K RBI baseball stats for NES is where it's at!

    I will cry if we sign Davis. He is the #1 person that I see having a significant drop off very soon. It's way too similar to the Pujols and Hamilton crap. I get the same feeling from Cespedes too.

    I was listening to the radio this morning, AM 570 (yes I know it's dodger radio) but they said very clearly a number of times, Arte Moreno has said explicitly numerous times that he will not go over the luxury tax. He absolutely will not. How do these guys have jobs?
