How much money has Bellinger made for himself in the last two months? He's definitely not signing until after the Ohtani Sweepstakes are over. Especially since Borass is his agent. 
He's got 66 RBI's in his last 62 games.
He's got an OPS of 1.016 against Left Handed Pitching. 
If Arte signs him to a huge deal after losing out on Ohtani, I fully expect him to revert back to his 2021-22 form almost immediately. If he goes anywhere else, he'll be a perennial MVP candidate.

We were all very confused by the vagueness of the descriptions that Nevin and Suarez used to describe his recent work in games. It’s pretty weird that they called him up, if you ask me. 
 
I actually don’t think they need to do stuff like this for luxury tax purposes, because I think they’re safely under, but maybe they know something I don’t know.

Rosenberg has now made 3 starts in MLB. In those 3 starts, he's given up 4 runs in 15.2 innings for a 2.30 ERA.

I didn't think of that, but at this point if he's done for the year, they might as well wait to announce it until they go back on the road. lol

One thing he did say when he entered the major leagues is that he considered the Mariners to be Ichiro's team, and that he wanted to make his mark with a team that didn't have a history of having a player that was hugely popular in Japan already. Whether he still feels that way, or not, is anybody's guess.

Maybe for him it was. I did not enjoy it one bit. 

The 1999 team was on pace to go 62-90 the first week of September. That would have been the worst record in team history. After Collins quit and Maddon took over, they had a 9-1 stretch and a 9-3 stretch to get to 70 wins. So, you never know.

Honestly, I'm hoping that all of the negative publicity he has received lights a fire under him and he's becomes motivated to prove everyone wrong by winning Comeback Player of the Year next season. As an Angels' fan, I have to hope for the best.
