    They were punished a little more harshly than i thought, but it still feels lacking. The players get less than a slap on the wrist. In light of the fact that they clearly cheated, how much difference did Hinch actually make? He's out, so what?

    I don't disagree. Just really curious to see if they back up the hand wringing and panty twisting with anything of substance.

    Likely not nothing nothing. Just a feeling. I can't see how they start handing out significant suspensions or bans without affecting competitive balance in the opposite direction. Look how spygate, etc went in nfl. The worst punishment was for bountygate with Payton missing a year. I feel like they will probably eat a shit sandwich for a minute, then back to business ss usual. Again, i hope i'm wrong.

    As i said in the other thread, i have a feeling we will all be disappointed by light punishments. Hopefully im wrong and lou can agree in a month or two.

    Funny, i had the same thought last night. I ordered some basketball shoes for my son, adidas also had the payment plan option. I had never seen that. Must be a thing now.
