    The way that Wilson and Santiago are pitching, I hope JD isn't done. We could use another starter.

    We now have too many relievers. Smith, Morin, Jepsen, Grilli, and Thacher are set. Salas pitched in a rehab game last night in IE and looked good. Santiago is a starter. Hill should be DFA'd. Perhaps we could move Kohn and Jepsen in a package for another starter?

    I hate watching CJ Wilson nibble. Mota and Gubi are right when they say he always has an inning like he did today. It is because he nibbles, tries to be too fine.

    I would like to get Reed. Very good last year for the White Sox. In our park, I think he'd revert right back to form.

    If Cron was batting fifth, and Aybar ninth, this team may really take off.

    11000 for a game Ryan pitched, back in those days, Tanana may draw 10000, the rest of the time, we were like the Tampa Bay Rays. I walked up on the day of the game and could get a good field level seat for $4.50

    I think we should just claim him. His numbers this year aren't good, but in our park, and with our defense, I think he'd turn it around.

    After the Kings win, this was an excellent way to finish the day. Trout, Aybar, the entire lineup just clicked. Great game.

    This team has done the vet DH thing for years. Ibanez, Dave Parker, etc. DiPoto, Scioscia, and all the other Angels management just need to face facts. Ibanez is DONE. Cron should have ALL of the DH at bats, and the Angels are a better team with Green on the bench over Ibanez.

    Rondon and a couple of the pitchers will definitely play in Anaheim. One of the few bats in IE that can square up a ball.

    Jepson is trade bait. Maybe for some OF depth in the system. Come to think of it, so are Friere and Salas.

    JD has done a great job rebuilding the pitching staff, with Skaggs, Morin, Bedrock, etc. all nearing major contributions to the ML staff. Now, I hope he does a great job 4 weeks from now.

    Morales ahead of Jim Spencer? Spencer should be near the top of this list.

    I'd be happy to see all 4 of them, and the sooner the better. Everyone currently employed in the Angels bullpen makes me nervous.

    It is Steve Hernandez, Angels area scout. He is the guy who scouted and signed Tyler Chatwood.

    I think Santiago and Skaggs both end up in the rotation. Both of those guys are better than Blanton, who I hope we can find a taker for.

    Kershaw, Fernandez, King Felix. Cant go wrong with any of them. A position player besides Trout, I like Andrew McCutchen.

    I think he's a Yankee. I hope our park and pitching environment can sway him, though. The loss of Cano and the overall age of the Yankees may work against them.

    I am going to miss the mammoth HR's Trumbo hits, but not the K's. I think we will be markedly better with Freese and Calhoun replacing Trumbo and Callaspo. i expect the Angels will get more HR's from the Freese/Calhoun pairing than Trumbo/Callaspo would have produced. Also, more doubles, and those are generally run producing hits.
