I would.
Until he shows otherwise, I think Walsh is cooked due to thoracic outlet surgery.
It’s ruined careers for pitchers. And it’s not that common in hitters. Mike Zunino had it, and he retired less than two years after it.
His average exit velocity (84.5 mph) remains ~5 mph below his pre-injury levels.

It was a good throw from the 1bman but he was out by 10 feet. And Trout was in the on deck circle.

8th in the AL in runs scored per game, 12th in runs allowed. I still think .500 over the course of the year is slightly optimistic.

He may always make some mistakes, not great instincts, but there is only one way to find out what he can do. Play him, regularly.

For years I've argued that Adell's confidence is both a blessing and a curse. He always seemed to think he could hit ANY pitch, so he would swing. Currently it seems he thinks he can swipe any bag or take any base. Only way he will learn what he can and can't do is to give him the playing time.
Want to see him make fewer mistakes? Play Hicks less -- he will learn. Seeing him in a game over Hicks today with a lefty on the mound was surprising.
