    Definitely under appreciated. And I would support his selection to the ASG. I also think that the DP combination of Erik and Howie is under valued by many.

    I don't think playing first is that taxing. Also I don't think his legs are the real problem. I think his eye sight is changing. Generally this happens around age 40 but perhaps it is happening earlier for Albert.

    The reason for going one inning might be that is what they are conditioned to do. They might not be conditioned to sit down and cool off and then come back out.

    If I learned anything from my Pop, it is that you cannot always just speak your mind. Pops has been screwed more than once for making a stand at the wrong time or for an issue that in the grand scheme of things wasn't that important. As hard as it might be, let this one go.
