    Nay. If it doesn't have an "El" as the first word I'm already disappointed. I don't hit up Chino too often so I don't know too many there. Bravo is good. In Samta Ana/Costa Mesa Nate's Kwik Corner serves up a fatty. That Nicks in Seal beach is good too.

    He's priced out of that area. PS places are mostly in the 800s, and even the Stonegate and newer Paradise Point or whatever its called across from the great park are in the mil. We looked at homes there recently. Loved the design and feel of the 2600 sq ft SFH, then saw they were 1.4 mil.

    That's where my wife is. She called me right after it happened. Said the building rocked pretty good. And that place is new. Only 7-8 years old. And interestingly sits on the site of where the lagoon was on Gilligan's Island.

    A nicer condo in irvine runs about 600 and probably will net you mello Roos. There are several new developments north of the 5 fwy but hey are anywhere from mid 900s for about 2000 SQ FT. If he has cash and time hey are building the orchard Hills estates. Those start at 3 mil.

    The day Ramirez was captured, channel 4 was first on scene. The camera man told me he had never been so scared. He got the up close shot of Ramirez in the back of the car. Despite the fact that Ramirez was handcuffed and inside the squad car, and that dozens of cops and the citizens who beat his brains in were all right there, he was terrified. Said he had nightmares for years because Ramirez gave him the "if I could get out of here, I'd kill you" look.

    What I find sad is that you always see the same 8-10 photos of the stadium, a few aerials and a few promotional shots from inside that look like they were manufactured by the same group that made the 60s Disney staged photos. It's too bad there aren't more photos from the 60s and 70s out there in the public domain.

    Arose will always be mentioned among the greats. There will be an asterisk attached but he's always part of the conversation. He may come back next year and hit decently and pad those stats. I love all the hate for him. We've got about 75 deputized Bob Costases on this board.
