    I thoroughly believed in April that if the bullpen could be addressed, this team could be very good. It made me upset to think that they might not get it done, but I also believed that they could. It's pretty clear that I am both smarter than you and a better fan. I think you could benefit from some fan guidance from me. I'll set up an online course.

    Honestly, if you had asked this question like that on April 2nd, I would have guessed that the Angels would be the team with the better record. I say this because if you're asking a question like that so early in the season, it's clearly a trick question.

    It's really good to irritate some people here when Scioscia ends up in the Hall of Fame. That's a pity. He's one of the most successful managers of all time. He's damn good and he's ours.

    They look much better and without that pick 6 they probably would have run away with the game, but still I don't know what to expect down the road. I think they can probably get 3-4 wins and be competitive in other games. Whatever the case, that first half was the best half Cal has played in about two years. I'll take it. GO BEARS!
