I think it’s stupid to celebrate the meaningless HRs but I get them trying to have some fun in what is going to end up being a very long season.

They should have a ceremony where the whole team is there and burn the hat to end the bad streak.  This gets rid of the stupid hat and let’s them have some fun.

Is it ok if I hate both Stradling and CaliAngel?

Leave him out there to die.  Why waste the arm of another guy?  Who cares if he gives up 15 runs?  This guy will never be a quality starter.

Look on the bright side…after tonight we can enjoy 5 glorious days in a row not having to watch these ass clowns.

Serious question - is there another MLB team playing this badly right now?  It’s hard to believe that even a Cincinnati or Oakland can be this terrible at all phases of the game…

Trout is becoming more part of the problem than the solution.  I don’t feel bad for him not making the playoffs any more but I do feel for Ohtani.  Fragile Mikey needs to focus on staying healthy and playing like a star again.  If he sits tomorrow and then plays in the ASG that will tell us all we need to know about what’s important to him.

I think if Adell ever becomes a good Major Leaguer it won’t be with the Angels. Whatever they are doing with him isn’t working.  He’s a young guy who already needs a change of scenery/fresh start.

That was 2 plays in a row that any major leaguer should make. Villar and Adell should both be charged with errors.

I think this is it for Adell. He has to show he’s ready to be a major leaguer. He’s shown he can hit with some success in the minors but hasn’t done anything with the Angels.

Now or never Adell. If he looks good they can plan on him being out there next year. If not then he’s just another guy to shuttle back and forth when they are short on outfielders.

They can trade whoever they want and it wouldn’t bother me. This group just isn’t cutting it.

My interest is in seeing if they can develop guys like Bachman.

I would love it if Bally’s started showing the Trash Panda’s games instead of the Angels.

Thanks to Peacock I can break my bad habit of having to watch this team (at least for today).  I’m not paying 4.99 to watch them.  MLB losing popularity and their solution is to make the games harder to watch.

Wow.  It has come to this…being encouraged because Trout hit 2 balls to the warning track (that were both caught)?

It’s shocking to see how bad Trout is right now. He’s not just slumping he’s about as bad as anyone in baseball. When he comes up now it’s like Squid is hitting.  I expect a K every time. He’s just fallen off the cliff.

So what would be the issue if the entire bottom of the line up tried to bunt every time they were up?  Would reduce the Ks and every now and then they would beat one out or benefit from a bad throw.  
They are all so bad that this is starting to seem like a good idea to me…

Way to be lazy Ward -  great play by Maldonado but no excuse for that…also why have a first base coach?

He should have sat Trout today.  Something’s wrong - he needs a game off to just watch and see if that helps.

True but I said that’s my opinion.  There’s some youngsters on this team that I’m sure look up to him.

At any rate I don’t want to argue with other frustrated fans because it seems that we all can agree that this whole franchise is broken.  I don’t know if/when it can be repaired under current ownership.
