    Boehner has said many times that he's not agreeing to tax increases so any pan that includes tax increases (anything Obama will ever in a million years propose) is disingenuous politicking.

    My daughter downloaded some game on my iphone and I play it every morning while I do my toilet time. It's the only time I ever play games on the phone. Do Not Disturb is my default setting. I rarely answer a call that isn't my wife, daughter, or mom. I call back when I get around to it. If someone puts in ear buds or starts playing with their phone while I'm talking I just walk away. Yes. I'm a grumpy old fart. I'm cool with that.

    He's right about one thing. If you expect your cash to be worth anything in 20 years you're going to be very disappointed.

    I don't think Trout will make it to arbitration, much less free agency. I don't see anything in Arte's history to cause any worry.

    I'm sure it would be much tougher to do but I hope they remove specific testing rules from the CBA and maybe form a panel from both sides who can evaluate the changes in PED's and determine the testing requirements for the given season. It just seems if you have to renegotiate at every turn then you're always behind the curve and it's just a race to make the other side look like the enablers.

    Last weekend I revisited all 3 seasons of Deadwood. Still my favorite series. This weekend maybe a Vietnam trilogy. Platoon. Apocalypse Now. Deer Hunter. If it gets too depressing I'll switch to The Blues Brothers or Animal House.

    It's not the roast beef. It's the mayo. I will not eat mayo that does not come directly out of my refrigerator.

    Dishwasher in a steak and seafood restaurant. Not the guy putting the plates in the rack and sliding them through to automatic washer. I was the guy scrubbing the baked on crap off the pots and pans in the water so I hot I could barely stand to stick my hands in. Not the most enjoyable way to earn $3.65 an hour.

    I don't feel like going shopping today so dinner will be a ham sandwich on rye with horseradish mustard, a few bites out of my last jar of kimchee, mango slices, and maybe a few plain Ruffles dipped is salsa.

    Diversity of skills is going to become a survival necessity. I highly recommend that anyone who can qualify for tuition for anything take the opportunity.
