    Cowarts hands look really quick. Probably better than at any point last year. It would be huge if he regained some sort of prospect status.

    There are two sides of the ball. Lucho's glove alone had him on pace for a 2 WAR year last year. If he hits just .240-.250 he's a 3-4 WAR player. I don't understand why people don't care about run prevention. It's just as valuable as creating runs is. Not to mention Freese's off the field issues, but that's been discussed at length. Giving up Bourjos and Grichuk for a guy who may or may be an upgrade was a stupid mistake.

    Cano is not Barry Bonds circa early 2000s. Take your chance with the lefty of lefty match up. It's basically telling Wilson "we don't think you can get Cano out." Have some confidence in your #2.

    He is a disaster. Horrible in spring and now the first two games. Meanwhile Lucho is somewhere in Salt Lake rotting away. I thought when a homegrown player easily capable of putting up a 3-4 WAR season is ready you're supposed to give him the job. Guess not.

    There's no reason for Krehbiel to be repeating Burlington. He dominated last season, especially in the last couple months. Maybe they are going to try to stretch him out?

    Nope...most kids take HOTA - History of the America's, senior year. Also, econ is nonexistent. That's technically what my course is called this semester but my teacher isn't teaching it because we have so much to do before the AP test.

    Cowgill over Long is ridiculous. Really like everything else.

    Government isn't required at my school and the only option is an AP class. I took it simply because it's what I want to do in my life, but for the average, "normal" student, high school will teach you nothing about gov/politics. It's pretty embarrassing really.

    "You also defended terribly and overall defined the term replacement level player." How can you not give it to Long is the better question. Dude is more versatile, can produce more than an empty average and can run the bases pretty well. Shuck seems like a great guy and whatnot but I don't understand the general love that Angel fans have for him.

    Holy shit. They just announced that their last known location was near the Kazakhstan/Turkmenistan border. The damn plane made it to the Middle East. This is getting scarier and more mysterious by the minute. Just spitballing but Russia may be involved here.
