The momentum we had after the Texas roadtrip got halted by the Orioles a bit although we then went on a great run. Will the Nats do the same or are people confident that the winning continues, especially with a tricky Rays team coming to town after?
The main point of my post is to say I’m coming over tomorrow for the game and I’m so excited. I’ll be at all three games against the Nationals and the Rays - and if anyone is around would be great to have a beer!

Sorry for being really vague here, I'm really not in the business of trying to break news or anything like that, in addition to not wanting to ruin what could be huge for the Halos.....but I heard just today from a reputable source that we're signing a top tiered starting pitcher sometime over the new few days. While I know who this starting pitcher is, I cannot reveal it is at this time. 
A new birdie has risen like a phoenix from the ashes with good news to come real soon.

I like the following if you want the names: Halfway Around The Halo, Locked on Angels and based on those two it’s worth a listen.  At first I didn’t like Locked On but I’ve learned to ignore the ads.  Goggle it.  I’ve have others, but after the Angels content I really like Effective Wild from Fangraphs.

I’m just being impatient because still a lot of time to go on this but we cannot afford to do nothing. We have to be buyers or sellers. Personally I think we should be sensible and do the latter and get as much as we can. But I understand those that think we are close enough to be buyers and it makes sense to make moves now for next year and beyond if we can get some controllable pieces. But what we can’t do is just continue as we are and just stumble through the rest of the year never making any ground but also not improving the situation for the team for the future

Strad:  I cut myself some slack when it comes to the theatre.  I like London as well for theatre.   With New York I could go in for a weekend (when I was married), have a couple really nice meals and see a couple of professional state of the art acting performances.
