What I hope does not happen, is that it takes Cole forever to decide who he is going to sign with. That would mess everything up. I also believe if Cole signs early with the Angels, plus having Maddon, more good players will want to sign and get onboard.

yes, I totally agree, no heart with this team, I live in Seattle, and I will watch some of the Mariners games, and the difference in the energy level and the drive between the two teams is night and day. So disappointed

I am a major Angels fan and I hate seeing them lose, but with the way the Yankees and Redsox are playing this year, I don't think it would matter how we finish. This Is a good chance for us to bring up some prospects and get a taste of what they can do, I believe we are a few good pieces away from being really good, well maybe an overhaul of the bullpen too.

We need to do something fast about this Blown pen, or this team is in serious trouble, I can't watch a game past the 7th inning anymore, I will have a heart attack.

Everyone is saying this is not Eppler's MO, I do agree with that, but maybe because he was able to Kill it with filling our holes at a pretty cheap price, They might decide to go all in with a #1 starter and lights out closer, We look really good if these two things can happen. Maybe Arte, and Eppler are smelling the prize at the end.

I think his hitting slash line will be comparable from what he had last year, due to the fact that he will see better pitches hitting in this line-up. Plus I love the defensive adversity this team has now for the infield, should be a fun season.
