I think him missing the first 2 weeks will hurt him in this regard.

Ward is now the starting RF for the forseeable future.  I'm happy for the guy and he absolutely deserves the starting spot. He works the count, has a great understanding of the strike zone, and has decent speed on the base paths.  His only weakness is his glove and arm.
