Look, teams are gonna be looking to unload pitchers but they can't do anything now because fans could interpret that as giving up on the season. This should last a month more, then we gotta be able to pounce on any halfway decent hurler.
So the Cowboys, Jets, Giants, Pistons, etc, and god knows how many other teams can play in the suburbs and keep their city's name but we can't because we are afraid of being flipped sh!t?
I'm sorry if this topic has been addressed before.
I want to buy gear that says "Los Angeles Angels" but can't find any available. It seems the only items read "Angels" or "Angels Baseball." This includes the 60th Anniversary logo.
Considering all the work we had to do to get the LA name, it makes no sense not to use it.
What gives?
Or are we just afraid of getting flipped sh!t by Dodgers fans?
