    I've developed a really strong hatred for Detroit fans since Trout began competing for MVP's. Those people are a bunch of knuckledragging neanderthals who genuinely think Trout is a glorified Denard Span.

    "He looked really good while taking that one changeup that one pitcher threw him in the 3rd inning on May 14th back in 2004. Definitely need to work him into the lineup on a regular basis."

    That was the thought the last time we faced 4 consecutive righties between June 1-5, that it was going to be Ibanez's last chance to show something before he got cut. Ibanez went 1-15 in that 4-game stretch, and here we are again.
