Harper is clutch. I wonder what it’s like to have someone on your team that steps up in big moments. This is probably going to be the best series of the entire Post Season.

I also like the longer episodes. The conversations don’t seem so rushed and it still has the feeling of three friends just shooting the breeze. It might be fun to take the off season and invite some of the forum members on to talk about themselves, how they became fans, memories, their lives and such. It would be cool to know everyone beyond their screen names and smart ass posts.

I am going with the Angels. It makes no sense for the Angels to sign him. They need to keep the DH spot open for Trout/Rendon. They have 8 straight losing seasons, including Ohtani’s entire MLB career. They don’t have a manager or a plan. The majority of their roster are under 30 and should be focusing on a rebuild. Because it makes zero sense, Arte is going to go all in and out pay and, probably overpay, everyone to keep him. Big splash and all that jazz.

Whatever came of Salmon and Finley in the dugout? I wonder if they were there to evaluate Nevin and staff.

Ohtani has arm fatigue- doesn’t get it checked, even when the team offered to have it done. Ohtani tears his ACL- won’t talk about it, won’t shut it down to get surgery, but instead, keeps swinging. Ohtani doesn’t participate in team photo- walks off the field, still won’t talk about it and sends his agent to do it for him. Ohtani hurts his oblique- leaves Nevin and the team hanging on whether he will play every day. Chooses not to. Ohtani clears out his locker after a loss- possibly bailing on his teammates, who for better or worse, did what they were capable of. Bailed on the fans who have cheered for him for years. Bailed on an owner, GM, and manager who bent over backwards to make him happy. Hot take, it kind of sounds like Ohtani is being a dick.

And how many others that had huge backends of their careers had a little extra help from their pharmacists.

My son just went to the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences Museum. He said the Godfather exhibit was cool. He also liked the original storyboards from North by Northwest. We actually go to a lot of museums.

Happy Birthday @jsnpritchett! Hope you were able to find something fun to do… you know, since the museums are closed.

Maybe if they traded for a new hitting philosophy we would have a better chance.
