He isn’t wrong. The energy at games in SoCal in general is awful. Kills me watching games at ballparks and stadiums around the country and how much they get into it

MLB just got a billion dollars in a deal with Turner Sports. Is that not enough to cover the losses or.....?

Teams are being sold for billions of dollars. If the owners can’t handle taking a $100 million loss then they could easily sell the team and be extremely profitable. They’re killing the sport with this shit. I’m glad the players are being outspoken. They came to an agreement months ago where the players took cuts and then MLB backed out. That’s on the owners. If that agreement was in writing they should sue. 
 

Players are paying salaries for minor leaguers to made sure they’re taken care of. Meanwhile billionaire owners are firing anyone they can. If you’re on the side of the owners, you’re just flat out wrong

Bundy and Teheran aren’t spectacular by any means, but I’ll go into the season and read the fluff pieces and have some hope that there is still a ceiling out there for them that that haven’t reached. I personally choose to hope for the best with these guys then bitch about it later

Wow. I agree with Brandon on something. Don’t think that’s ever happened before. But I like them. The whites weren’t amazing but it was a cool contrast. Baseball uniforms are horrid. The NBA does an incredible job with their marketing of uniforms. Hell I even love the periwinkle and the future uniforms. Not all the time. But different for a weekend is great. 

Plus a lot of Yankee/Dodger fans hated seeing those two teams play in them

Maybe pitching Buttrey every other fu**ing day earlier in the season wasn’t the best strategy. He looks gassed. I don’t have an issue with Ausmus yet but Scioscia wouldn’t have done that. This homestand has been the most frustrating part of the season

Nice to see Bour getting going here. If the bullpen could ever get some rest this team might be turning a corner. At the very least watching Suarez and Canning is infinitely better than watching Cahill and Harvey

I don’t watch scores until August really. I root for AL West teams to lose and the Angels to go on a run. Everything else works itself out. It’ll be interesting to see how they deal with the rotation as the bullpen and lineup are good enough to get them to the playoffs
