    The 2002 team wasn't a fluke. 2003 just had tons of injuries, but the 2004 AL West Champions team still had most of the key members of the 2002 team. 2005 also still had Anderson, Washburn, Erstad, Lackey, K-Rod, Shields, Bengie Molina, Adam Kennedy, Brendan Donnelly, and Jose Molina.

    I'd bring back Lackey. The guy is as good as he's ever been, and only sucked in the early 2010's due to injuries that he recovered from in 2013.
