  Tulare (Calif.) Union all-purpose back Kazmeir Allen tells 247Sports he has committed to UCLA. The first verbal for the Bruins under the Chip Kelly regime, the 5-foot-10, 185-pound Allen also had offers from USC, Cal and Wisconsin among others. 
The most prolific player in the state, as a senior, Allen rushed for 2,989 yards and 60 touchdowns with another 833 yards receiving and nine scores. His 70 touchdowns leads the nation per MaxPreps. Some schools recruiting him as a defensive back.
Allen has great speed, running 10.4 in 100-meter dash at the California state finals last year. He also long jumped 22-4 in a meet.
