I got the email about sling losing FSW and dropped them within the hour and signed up for directv now. So far so good. It has more local channels than sling had and the hd seems to be better quality.

Would love to see him as a halo with his attitude on the mound. I just think he will cost too much prospect wise.

I know Albert gets a lot of grief here but you have to give him credit, he wants to be out there and play. You know he is out there playing when other players his age would sit or go on the IL. I think he has also been invaluable mentoring trout especially when trout was younger. I wonder if Trout in his conversations with Albert asked if he could do it all over again would he have stayed a Cardinal for as long as he could....and if that played a role in trout staying an Angel for life. Same thing with him talking to Jeter.

Anyone heard if they are working on an extension to keep him in Anaheim past 2020? He seems to enjoy being an Angel, is a GG shortstop, has picked it up offensively and is a good clubhouse presence. Seems like a no brainer. So what would an extension look like? 5/90-95mill? What would he command as a free agent? @Jeff Fletcher any news?
