Retired Catcher Kratz Says Rockies Stole Signs in 2018
Retired catcher Erik Kratz is blowing the whistle on more sign-stealing drama dating back to the 2018 season, implicating the Colorado Rockies and a second mystery team.
"I can tell you that a team that has been to the World Series often recently, we caught them doing something almost similar (to what the Houston Astros did)," Kratz said on YES Network's "Curtain Call" podcast.
It's possible Kratz is referring to the Los Angeles Dodgers.

He has a .300/.364/.600 slash line with them so far. If he has that same lash line or one that is better in another week or so, he should be tested for steroids.

Pujols sucks. Watching the guy with the Angels was like watching Kobe during his last few seasons with the Lakers. Kobe basically torpedoed his career shooting percentage and win shares per 48 minutes. The Same can be said about Pujols and his batting average and OBP. Big difference was that Kobe helped the Lakers win 5 titles, two as the first option with Gasol being the second option. Pujols didn't win anything for the Angels. No World Series and performed terribly. Good riddance. He shouldn't be welcomed back to Anaheim if he steps his foot back in the city.

I dont even care so much for how BADLY this hurts the team. But it sucks that he was off to such a hot start, how this will hurt his numbers at the end. Ugh

There goes his chances of being the MVP for the fourth time. He probably won catch Bonds and his 7 MVPs but being tied for the second most MVPs, at worst, isn't so bad. And his chances at setting the all-time strikeout record has dropped, so that's good. It would be kind of odd if some kid ask his parents one day, "Mon, dad, I know Trout was an excellent two-way player for awhile but how do you explain him having the most strikeouts ever by a hitter in MLB history?"

The Pujols contract was a waste. It didn't lead the Angels to a single World Series. And he had a lot of horrible seasons at the plate with the team. His only really good year with the club was his debut season in 2012. A lot of Angels fans should be happy that he's gone. Just another horrible contract like the one that they handed to Hamilton and Wilson. Pujols defenders will point out his high RBI totals. Well, he had guys who could get on base at the top of the order like Trout and Escobar (2016). 

If Pujols hangs out with the cheater Bauer, I expect a resurgence from him with the Dodgirls. Hopefully not.

Torii and Vlad should both be up there. Vlad's best years were with the Expos but he did win the MVP with the Angels. Great signings with Torii and Vlad when they were very productive for about their whole contracts. Colon was only good with the Angels for one season, which was his Cy Young season in 2005. Whether or not he should have won that Cy Young is another debate. He shouldn't but still was very good that season. 

Roboumps are the ONLY solution for pitches having more movement and speed than ever.

Can't stand guys like the moron behind home plate in the Angels-Red Sox game tonight. Same with C.B. Buckner and his stupid strike zone. Trout's been a victim of his poor strike zone numerous times before.

I am so sick of these umpires screwing with the outcomes of the game with their terrible strike zones. 
It really ruins my appreciation of the game. How long is MLB going to let this garbage continue, it's pretty unacceptable IMO.
