That seems like a very optimistic outlook of things. That’s all I’m saying.
including Ward, Thais, Suarez, and Walsh in “talents they’ve graduated” is reaching
Guy has been a great Angel and is a great person/teammate by all accounts, but you have to do what makes the organization better off I say. Tough one though
Compared to last year, it's a really good year for Kole. He will be getting another contract out of it. Good for him. No interest in him returning, though
I don't disagree, I'm just saying he is another guy who is a 5th/6th option in a rotation probably..4 if everything clicks. Not a huge difference maker, but still can contribute
It's possible. But relying on him to be more than a 5th/6th starter has been a problem for this team. Definitely not the main problem.
He's barely pitched 3 out of the last 4 years
He's not that talented. I actually see him as very similar to a Ricky Nolasco
Is he better than the other crap they've rolled out there though this year? of course
It's time to move on from Heaney. I feel bad because he's a super cool guy, but he just can't be counted on.
The Angels need a minimum of 3 quality starters this offseason. and 4 would be preferable
I don't think he's that good, but you're a fool if you'd rather roll Cahill or another scrub out there over him. He needs to take his lumps and learn from it.
