i am leary of sending out some talent...most of them just forget how to hit when they get here? we should have just signed cruz a few years ago....easy peasy and been in two world series i was for shipping shoe for someone good at beginning of season with the guys coming up in minors...but that ship has sailed. cj is worth something...maybe its as simple as ethier swap. solves two team issues....money can be handled with some work by dodgers a little. back in march an article to pay down half his contract. i think that is where you go. i think last year cj had a good run early and looked like world beater before wheels came completely off. maybe have that in dodger deal if falls flat later to take back some of that money. i saw the weekly show of his cj workout.....very impressive athletic dude.

and also you put him in the angel lineup we might rub off on him and have a bigger darker version of joyce. i am beginning to think new players coming in here are jinxed to suck more then ever before. I have never been fooled so much as i was from SP with joyce, cron and albert....crazyness. the end of the road trip is the deadline for cron, joyce and iannetta to get shit together. HOU is a juggernaut. I thought they were one more year away from contending in division...nope. If not for them taking off we would have a bit more time.

if he was sporting close to 370bp....then maybe he keeps in the line up with that D. that was kinda the selling point on him. i am fully ready to move on from him and never look back. his at bats this year are almost as bad as hamiltons last year...maybe not that bad.

that is so funny....i did change the channel when they went ahead in the 8th. when switched it back they were talking after the game and it seemed like the tone was positive (they hadn't said what had happened yet...maybe talking about keeping pace with HOU) so i hit rewind to watch it and turned out to be a fantastic comeback...could be the thing that gets us going...also with the new catcher. what an awsome game for perez.....turns out only 4 times in mlb history for a game winner in first game. these are things we usually say about trout every week...some territory he is crossing.

I would let team know shake up coming by end of april or next two series if things don't get better...maybe one extra series it next series sees a little wake up on these guys. he did say though that matt has a long leash.

i think i have said it on here before.....but not signing beltre when we had the chance was the start of a big down fall in angel contracts to follow. that was arte's first big misstate and the ones followed were compounding.

ya if its not a full 15million savings...why not have him on the bench...you know he will come back and bite us...i think its happened before. maybe putting him at end of bench or just keeping him at home would get him to a bigger cut in the buyout if he really wanted to play....would have called his bluff...i think he would have gone down to 50million to play again.

after the surgery i was thinking arod for hamilton....tooo bad that didn't happen....i know yanks wanted to get out of that.

man the arbitor on this case really ****ed the angels. also if the agent and hamilton really offered and dangled the extra language in for protection...then i think they should have been forced to honor it. moye should be black balled if that is the case, being the nice good christian that he is. i am not sure those stories are true, but if they are then I am good if both of their careers are at an end. i rooted for him as hard as anyone. i know once ex angels end up kicking our ass...don't know the reason why that is...but now i am ok with both being done period as in no more meaningful games. agent and player

i dutifully watched every ST game...these guys..joyce, cron were world beaters. mike and albert were in mid season form. i thought it was going to be different. maybe its plan by the players to get hamilton back in the fold....if angels doing well hamilton gone....now they are sucking sooo bad....there is a chance. bring him on. i rooted so hard for him last year...wanted him to be a series MVP....but he missed balls by a foot. started the year at MVP pace....lets see what happens.

that is true...the tv coverage and tv strikie zone is highlighting the issues more. umps have way too much influence in the game and all it takes is one pitch at the right time...so like tennis...bring it on i am sick of it. crap i was not happy with the no call interference on throw to second base today...seemed deliberate to me?
