    In terms of the value for our money, we are currently getting the best deal in baseball with Trout. I think that helps offset alot.

    Is he MLB ready? B-R.com says he hasn't made it past AA. Not incredible stats at that level either. Wouldn't warrant skipping AAA ball IMO.

    Honestly, after the last few seasons, I don't know if I'm willing to say we're in the mix. I mean every team has a chance, but I'm not looking at us as a playoff contender until I see guys bounce back and play better baseball. Already looking for my golf shoes...

    Seem like a great shot at some power in the lineup. If they rip up the minors, who knows? They could take someone's spot easy.
