  1. 1st Trout, Rendon 2nd Lindor, Ramirez 3rd Hiura, Yelich
  2. Since Cleveland is looking to possibly move both Lindor and Kluber, would you be willing to trade for two years from both of these guys? It would certainly cost Adell, Sandoval, Marsh, Simmons, and Rengifo to start. I wouldn’t do it for the mere fact it would be nearly impossible to resign Lindor in 2 years because of the contracts the Halos already have and Ohtani only getting more costly very soon. But worth a discussion. Imagine this lineup: Lindor SS Trout CF Rendon 3B Ohtani DH Upton LF Pujols/La Stella 1B Fletcher 2B Goodwin RF Maldonado/Castro C
  3. This would be playoff contending... Kluber Ohtani Keuchel Heaney Bundy Canning
  4. It’s definitely a win if Angels can keep Adell and Marsh through all of this. I could see Marsh being better suited as trade bait at the deadline if a major piece needed to be added.
  5. Been seeing some responses like this. You can’t tell me that adding a 7 WAR player doesn’t make the team better. He was the best bat on the market and a top 10 MLB position player. Rendon also makes Trout better because he finally has legit protection. This is a win for the Angels.
  6. I agree. I actually do like Teheran. But he would only be a fallback plan.
  7. I definitely think we still add 2 more SP. Teheran would be ok only if the others are gone.
  8. Would be nice to mess with Dodgers plans yet again (see Rendon).
  9. I think Kluber and Keuchel are who Angels end up getting. That would be pretty nice!
  10. I think Trout should be in the 2 spot and Rendon protecting him. That seems optimal.
  11. I really like this! I see Rendon in the same mold as Trout and Ohtani. A quiet superstar! Now let’s get pitching!
  12. I would be hugely disappointed if we ended up with Price.
  13. The championship caliber part is what Eppler is trying to show. If he can land Rendon or similar piece, things will work out for Cole.
  14. This thing needs to come to the finish line soon and twitter is my enemy. Just seems like we will have a let down.
  15. I think he meant “today”. Either way, he continues to be the Boras mouthpiece.
  16. I can’t believe I couldn’t find a Scott Boras gif on giphy.
  17. Perhaps, but the timing of this is odd to me. Happ is owed $17mil next year with a vesting option for ‘21. Won’t be the easiest to move in my opinion.
  18. Seeing that the Yanks are trying to trade Happ to free up a little money for Cole shows that they are at or near their limit despite the argument that they have endless money.
  19. Arte is getting up in age. I’m sure he’d like to use his money and see the investments sooner than later. Go big now!
