Angels will be swept by this team.

Going to get swept by the A’s,

I’ve got my stopwatch to see if the lead lasts for seconds or minutes.

When Ohtani doesn’t get a hit they don’t have a chance.

Hope we all live long enough to see the Halos field a winning team.

The main reason seems to be our opponents have more runs at the end of nine innings than we do.

At least they’re putting up a fight!

Remember when Estevez was good?

At the beginning of the season when Renfroe was hot everyone wondered why he had bounced around on so many teams. 

Leone reacts like he just won the World Series. Good to see someone on this team showing some emotion.

Angels are the “Too Little Too Late” team.

I’m beginning to think this isn’t a very good team.

What a stupid decision to have him bunt!

A perfect example of why this team won’t make the playoffs….again.

Loup is now our best reliever 

Ohtani is the only reason to watch this team. Trout seems to have peaked, and the rest are just a patchwork quilt of mediocrity.

My father took me to my first Angels game in 1954 at Wrigley Field in South LA. He made the transition from the PCL Angels to the American League Angels because he didn’t like O’Malley and the way he barged his way into Chavez Ravine. He (my father) didn’t live to see the 2002 World Series, but I know he was watching it. RIP Pops. I hope 2023 turns out to your liking.

Had a paper route delivering the Herald Examiner in Echo Park in the late 50s. The bags full of papers on my handlebars were heavier than me. Definitely a balancing act. 

I sure miss Victor doing the play-by-play.
