Nobody seriously refuted your "main claim that the size of the military correlates with your view of the US and its enemies and that certain segments of the population didn't mind that much to see the US fail at some of its overseas efforts" because it's true. Certain segments of the population didn't mine much. Just like certain segment don't mind much at the hundreds of thousands of innocents the US has killed in the course of those overseas efforts. Certain segments =/= liberal or conservative. That point has been seriously refuted by many self-proclaimed liberals here using their own opinions as the refutation. "Liberals" don't hate America. Your assertion that they all think in similar fashion is amusing, though. Reminds me of why I enjoyed Fox News.

Allowing things controlled by a CBA to operate one way but making things decided individually comply with other standards is ridiculous. If someone wants to bargain with their employer why should they not be allowed to agree to a wage lower than minimum wage if a union is allowed to do the same?

I'm with mt in this one. Are we seriously not tired of arguing whether Democrats or Republicans are worse? And do you honestly believe that one of these groups is more careless, more corrupt, more evil than the other? I guess it's because of our human desire to be a part of a group? To side with someone so we have someone in our corner. I don't get it. Hillary isn't good. She's not any worse than the typical not good Republican. There are some good Republicans, as well. They aren't any more noble or righteous than the good Democrats. It all evens out.
