  1. Do you have a link to the numbers on this one? I can't find it anywhere.
  2. What about all the families of the people that are employed by the military and the defense industry that you would so gleefully make jobless with massive cuts to the budget?
  3. So just to be clear, we are allowed to refer to women as vaginas this election without fear of the thread being locked? Interesting.
  4. Do you call the cops when you see someone going 80mph down the freeway? That's how I feel about an otherwise law-abiding Mexicans illegal immigration into this country. If the issue is that they broke a law but the issue is also that the law shouldn't exist is there really an issue then?
  5. Haha. Yeah, that should be the priority for tax code changes.
  6. The issue should be is the law on file helping to contribute to our country's success.
  7. The only one that most of them aren't following is the one you were lucky enough to not be able to break. Explain how someone being born in America helps our society more than people who actually help our society.
  8. It's pretty telling about how broken our system is when people think place of birth should be more relevant than actual societal contributions.
  9. Yeah, it is. But I guess since you don't like it he can just leave the country he was raised in and has lived in most of his life. I'll let him know.
  10. He's a Pulitzer Prize winner. I'm sure he puts it in the same shelf you keep your Emmy on.
  11. For a Muslim, Obama seems to really hate Muslims.
  12. He was brought to America as a 14 year old and has lived here ever since. He's now 34. Unfortunately getting a visa is not as simple as you make it seem. He can't just apply for one while inside the country illegally for so long. His only real shot of being able to stay legally if he initiates the proceedings is for him to willingly start the deportation process and apply for a relief called "Cancellation of Removal." He would have to show a judge that he had been living continuously in America for at least 10 years and that his deportation would cause "exceptional and extremely unusual hardship" to one of his US citizen family members. Then he would have to prove his "good moral character" and convince a judge he deserves to stay and satisfy that individual judge's own subjective criteria and discretion. Otherwise he would have to leave and apply for legal entry into his own country and get put in the back of the line. Or he can continue to live illegally in the country he calls home and hope some kind of amnesty occurs so he doesn't have to risk not being allowed into the country he's supported and called home for the last 20 years. Do you see why he's not rushing to risk being kicked out of his home?
  13. The trailer in the article makes the show not seem as ridiculous as the article itself makes the show seem.
  14. If we had easier immigration system not only would these people be paying their share it would also make detecting the bad guys a lot easier. If good guys were allowed to come in by just signing up and being background checked and put into the system then we'd know that anyone who is hiding from authorities must be a bad guy. As it is now a lot of citizens in our country are opposed to scooping up every illegal immigrant because they recognize the vast majority of illegals have done nothing wrong except for entering the country to try to better their lives. So they feel picking up those people and deporting them is not worth the time and effort. Nor money. We'd be spending vast amounts of money to remove people who are contributing to society on the hope we also get those who aren't. But if the people who contribute were allowed to come legally it would make determining who the bad guys are a lot simpler.
  15. I know it's not your thing but do you have any sources for this claim?
  16. 17. Your ****ing posts are getting harder and harder to read.
  18. Bernie Sanders reminds me of Ron Paul. I don't agree with what he says but sometimes he's just refreshing enough to consider voting for.
  19. September 11th, 2012. We went into the bottom of the 9th in a game against the A's down 6-3. They brought in Grant Balfour who proceeded to meltdown epically. No outs, two runs in and the tying run standing at third they take out Balfour and bring in Blevins. Kendrys strikes out for the first out. Kendrick is up. I'm just praying that he strikes out. But he doesn't. This piece of shit reaches for a pitch on the outer half and gives it the old Pujols special, trying to pull it instead of going with the pitch. Hits a 2 hopper right to Donaldson and the A's turn the easy double play to win the game. Never liked him after that.
