    I would hope that any trade would include some salary relief so that we aren't on the hook for the whole 11 million. If we only have to pay say 8 mil would you do it?

    Putting a clock on the pitcher is never going to be agreed to by Scioscia. That would impede his relaying signs to the catcher.

    Darvish is on the DL and not expected to pitch again this season. I doubt he would clear a medical exam. Also, Texas is not going to do anything to directly help the Angels.

    The problem with the current "shot clock" is that no one knows when the clock started. They need to make it visible like the NBA and NFL.

    Darvish was hurt earlier this year and will likely be shut down for the season. I highly doubt that the Angels would be direct trading partners with Texas. Maybe the Jays would help us out as pay back for VW?

    They really don't need to win every game. Win every series, which they have been successful at this year, and we will all be happy.

    I too thought Aybar was THE Star of the game. I was expecting to see him get a Gatoraid shower during a post game interview.
