I never thought a good bullpen was so black and white. Teams get guys like De La Rosa that come out of nowhere or we see random situations like 2002 where Weber and Donnelly came out of nowhere (literally) to make the Angels pen one of these good bullpens mentioned.

kind of the same as last year and what was disgruntling about last year. we need Pujols to bounce back, again, and Hamilton to have a good year. the main thing is what happened last year with Hanson and Blanton. I didn't mind the moves because if we simply got average production from them we would have been fine. so back to the drawing board simply trying to get two pitchers to pitch at league average towards the back of the rotation.

Blarg pretty much nailed it. I don't get why anyone is upset or calling for heads to roll because some team signed a relief arm that we already addressed. I think what hurts Wilson is they are winning with complete team wins with defense and special teams doing exceptional as well. I was impressed though with Wilson. you never know if it's a fluke rookie season, but he has the tools. But it was hard for me to put the team and win on him. I was more impressed the d held them to 7 points, but also remembered this is a saints team that lost to the jets. I don't think he's getting consideration for MVP outside of Seattle, though. Some of these talking heads already talk about Manning winning it.

kind of average, but not in a bad way. because it's a re-creation it doesn't have or do anything special. I didn't know too much history or facts of the situation, so it was a good history recount. worth the $1.30 at redbox and two hours if you are interested in seeing it. it's just pretty straight forward with the facts amassed from the incident opposed to creativity or leaving anything to the viewer. ironically, I thought it was identical to Bobby, if you've seen that. same kind of movie version documentary with known actors and actresses of the Bobby Kennedy assassination as it played out.

I don't get why some people think every team needs to contact the Angels before consummating a deal or that deals going through means the Angels aren't working the phones.
