Or that the Royals felt the need to trade for Cueto mid 2015 after Cueto had finished #2 in CY voting in 2014. Anyway.. Obviously the strength of your bullpen can help overcome weaknesses in your rotation. Just like the strength of your offense can overcome weaknesses in your pitching. Still need a #1 though, so who is it?
