Started watching the second season of The Man in the High Castle. Interesting show

He played a little longer with the Expos in more of his prime years but he won his MVP with us and made his postseason appearances with us. Most articles about him and the HOF show him in his Expos uniform. Judging by his Twitter he seems sorta noncommittal to which hat he would prefer. Would be nice to have a HOF player with an Angels cap on their plaque.

if he isn't the guaranteed closer? Since it is supposed to be an open competition this spring, could he beat out Bedrosian, Street, and Bailey for the closer spot? Would he sign for an incentive laden deal 1-2 year deal? Seems like any team would be happy to have him even though he has lost some of his velocity during his workout. Did the Angels have enough interest to send anyone to his workout?

Didn't Hamel get pounded a few years ago when he was a rental for the A's?

If it is a platoon then it should be a hell of a lot better than last year's version and whatever 2015 was.

If you are into art, the Art Institute of Chicago is the 2nd largest art museum in the US. Lots of notable pieces to see in there. I never realized how small American Gothic was until I saw it in person.

Too bad the rights to World War Z were bought up and made into a shit movie that had nothing to do with the book. The book would have made for a good tv series better than this show.

Some other thoughts on where the next season can go. Do people come in and try to retake westworld from the hosts? Was everyone on the board or at the gala killed? Most still think Bernard is a real person. Maev was given the location of her daughter and other parks were hinted at with her location note and with the 'SW' Shogun/Samurai World. She will go off trying to find her whether she was programmed to or not. Who edited her codes to make her think she was doing all of her actions independently? Maybe the chaos spills over into other themed worlds. Maybe Bernard will have all the board members killed and replaced by host versions of themselves. Too bad we have to wait until 2018 for the next season.

Bet the Angels don't even put in a bid on him when the time comes.

The first season of Fargo is pretty good. I haven't seen the second season yet.

I thought it was already assumed Bernard was a host. In episode 3 or 4 Ford comments on Theresa bangin him and drops a hint that he is a host. I'm also thinking that woman on the board might be a host as well because she said there needs to be a blood sacrifice and then Ford says the same line later. Either that or Ford was spying on her and Theresa's meeting through the eyes of that tied up host on the bed. Is Ford going to create a host version of Theresa now that she is dead? Did he do that to Hale/Hill on the board?

Escobar is too good of a contact hitter to let go over a 7 million club option. Unless he gets busted for domestic violence or something equally as stupid, keep him.

Maybin is better than the shitty platoons we've been running out there the last few years even if he doesn't replicate 2016.
