    You gotta wonder if it really is on the table. The guy is so far underwater and it seems like just about anyone else would do much better against Trump. I don’t think it would be Newsom though. Maybe they’d just run with Kamala. IMO their best bet is probably Gretchen Whitmer.

    I actually think there’s quite a lot of variety of opinion on this on the right. You’re definitely right about the evangelicals, but among the right wing libertarians this is definitely a debated thing. Some pretty forceful against funding Israel and some even solidly pro Palestinian.

    I’ll point out that the “extremist” wings of the American right and left are the anti imperialist and anti war wings. These are the people who claim at least, that they want to stop using American tax payers money to proliferate war globally. they are correct. It’s the fucking centrists who are the bloodthirsty psychopaths and freaks. There’s plenty I disagree with the hard right on, but on that the left and right have lots of common ground.

    It’s a true coin flip imo. Two deeply unpopular candidates, and frankly parties. The incumbent probably has the advantage but Biden sure does seem hell bent on suppressing enthusiasm from pretty broad and important swaths of his voting base.

    I sincerely believe that the Angels have such a stink on them that any of their players get an angels drag effect on these kinds of rankings. I think it’s so pervasive that these things are useless for Angels fans.
