I disagree our farm system is finally clawing back up and money is coming off the books. Let's not make the same mistakes we made at the beginning of the decade. See where this team can take us as they currently are. IF (and it's a big if) the pitchers we have coming back pitch to their ability they are a far better choice than anyone on the market.
Also let's be honest this has been amazing but we are not a world series team. the top 5-6 teams in the NL would kill us in a 7 game series as would the top 2-3 teams in the AL.
He's obviously going to regress but its silly to think they sent him back down in the first place then let hime sit there for almost almost. Meanwhile we were on this site complaining endlessly.
Way too many assumptions that half of those players will remain healthy when history has shown the exact opposite will more than likely occur.
Title should be changed to "Odds say we will continue to have an injured pitching staff."
and Bryant was the one nominated for best male athlete. Hilarious.
They also added Judge last minute for breakout athlete but he lost to Dak. Battle of the two most popular franchises in American sports and the Cowboys won.
I think they both regress although I Judge has a higher upside. Think Bellinger will be closer to someone like Joc Pederson, although he is very young so who knows.
And on his 3rd and probably final at bat there is catchers interference on the first pitch so he gets a free base. What a waste of a rehab game. WTF.
Edit: had 1 more at a bat and grounded out.
Ends with 0-2 K, HBP, and catcher's interference.
