    Nice to see Weaver get the W his first time on the Detroit mound since then. I thought it would have been a little more tense, especially after Cabrera was muggin Wilson the other night, after his strike out. Detroit fans were accusing CJ of having something on his hat, and wiping the ball. Silly Detroit.

    I agree. Frieri has an unpredicatble, nasty fastball. That's about it. When he's on, he's on, and like many others in the pen, when he's not, its a disaster. It's the same leave em in too long, take em out too soon song and dance. Unfortunately, without proper management, you pay the price with a closer like Frieri. Let him close, just shorten his leash.
