Hey I never said we were squeaky clean . I have no idea what penalty we get though, since the other programs also paid Lyles (including Cal) and he said that he never steered any recruit to Oregon. Also, this issue mostly revolved around Lache Seastrunk who never actually played for Oregon. What they will get in trouble for is paying for outdated information and I think they also took 3 extra coaching visits one year. This investigation has been going on for over two years now, so I have no clue when to expect a ruling.

Yeah it sucks if they actually should have been ineligible and got to play. That game still haunts this duck fan, but our red zone offense and play-calling near the goal line were atrocious. Sigh.

Meh don't really mind bunting him over there. I think it is just early in the season, and it's been a long time since people have complained about managerial moves. Lots of build up. I used to have stock with Monsanto, until I read about how morally corrupt they are and sold it off. I lost a good amount with I suppose is karma for me investing in such a terrible company. They are terrible and have politicians in their pockets. If any of the patented soy beans are found in another farmer's land, they sue them. Most of these lawsuits would likely lose, however they spend so much money hiring lawyers that it makes it difficult for sole proprietors to fight, and they bankrupt these farmers or force them into a settlement since it is cheaper. Keep in mind these are often farmers that have fields right next to Monsanto owned farms, where wind can easily push seeds into their fields. Corporate America I guess.

Larry has been a pretty damn good commish for the conference, but backing Rush is a huge mistake in this instance. Even if it was said in jest, because of what happened in that game, Rush deserved to be fired. That is a very touchy subject and in a professional manner, you should not joke about something like that, especially by offering rewards.
