    I think the window has already closed. We should build around Trout. Sell off a few pieces and start rebuilding the system. Shoot for middle or later part of this decade.

    I'm ok with trading away Wilson, Kendrick, Aybar, Callaspo, Vargas, Hansen, Blanton, bullpen arms, etc. I'd hold onto Weaver, Pujols, Hamilton, Trout, Trumbo, Bourjos, etc. so not an all out firesale - a semi-sale

    I think the biggest problems have been the injuries: Weaver, Pujols, Aybar, Callaspo, Bourjos, Madson, Burnett, Jepsen, etc. I would put player performance as #2: Hamilton, and everybody else to an extent I would put ineffective managing/coaching at #3: Scioscia/Butcher I would put roster construction at #4: No Santana or Haren? Blanton? bullpen and bench depth?

    Let Scioscia and Butcher go. Have Picciolo be the interim manager. Tell the players to figure it out themselves. Use this year to find a suitable replacement for next year.
