I disagree. I'm actually digging watching the Halos more this season than the past few years.
While the 90's sucked in the standings outside of '95, it was great to see Salmon, GA, Edmonds, Erstad, Glaus, Percy, etc. with some of the veterans like Chili Davis, Hudler, Finley, Abbott, Langston. 
Seeing those younger guys get the time in and do well all led up to a core that ultimately saw them win a championship together.

He looks better at the plate and defensively, but he needs to pull his head out of his ass on the basepaths still. 

People talk about his tools all the time and much like his tools Adell's self confidence is on another level.  It's not an arrogance thing, he simply truly believes in himself to the point where his biggest obstacle has been learning what he can't physically overcome.  He's finally at the point where he's figured some things out and and not trying to do too much with the bat, now he needs to figure out the base stealing... Experience is the best teacher, they need to play him especially when he's on a contact making roll because he is prone to slumps where he can't hit water falling out of a boat.
 

He’s still prone to boneheaded base running blunders but at this rate, you have to play him. Every day.

I'd still rather see Moniak over Hicks every single time, though.  Like Adell, I want him to play as much as possible to see what he really is. 

Hicks is taking the series off. Which is fine but Moniak has been no better at the plate. 
Four players with an OPS .820 or greater in the 1,3,5 and 7 spots to keep the offense going. With Rengifo hitting steadily and Schanuel and Neto heating up, they could score some runs today.

Underlyings are strong too. 
.217 BABIP shows he will likely regress a bit, but the FIP and SIERA are still quality.

I agree, though I certainly hope he doesn't. That said, I hope Wash agrees. Jo Adell is the best player for the starting right field position. Other than getting picked off for about the 199th time, he played a very good, well-rounded game. Made a great catch in right field and had a very good day at the plate. He needs to start, and it needs to be every game. He looks to have found rhythm and just may be starting to realize the potential that he has always had. 

They will win at least 2 games this week imo.  Things looking up! 

He did the job in quick fashion. This is what a closer is supposed to do. No drama; no fanfare. Just blow the hitters away, lineup, and head to the locker room and enjoy the evening, rinse-repeat.
