    I just see it as something obvious. The guns like those used in the LV massacre and the mentally deranged getting guns, that is the main focus for me. Not everyday citizens simply wanting a gun to protect themselves. A better argument for the NRA to make is that those crazies will find a way to get guns illegally. Maybe so, but at least make as hard as possible for them to get them.

    LOL, I did once see an LA Aztecs regular season NASL game in the mid 1970s at El Camino College.

    The NRA stupidly thinks banning obviously inappropriate weaponry will lead to banning all guns? Uhh NRA, NO ONE is saying we can't defend ourselves. But there is a limit to EVERYTHING, including who gets guns and which type of guns they get. It's STUPID for the NRA to always give the same tired excuse that if these get banned, then ultimately ALL guns will get banned.

    Some friends and I are thinking about going to the Rams/Eggles game at the Coliseum on December 10. Take the Metro Line to near the Coliseum for the game, then to near LA Live for dinner afterwards, and then back.

    USC D doing a number on Tate, only 59 total yards in first half. USC outgained them 306-96 in the first half.

    Doesn’t that show though that Arrieta is regressing since 2015, albeit a sensational 2015? i would be concerned that he is returning to being ultimately a high 3.00s ERA pitcher. Not spending $100-$150 million for that. The one thing in his favor is solid health the past 4 seasons.

    Yep, it’s not like Cron is garbage. He simply needs to FINALLY put a full solid season together at age 28!

    If UofA wins Saturday and only loses to ASU afterwards who in turn goes unbeaten the rest of the way, and USC wins out after Saturday, that's your basic 3 way tie with all 3 teams 1-1 against the other two. Who would go to the PAC-12 title game in that scenario?

    Solid deal, given his re-emergence at the plate, now he just needs to clean up the defense in 2018-2019 before hopefully replacing Pujols as DH after 2019.
