The M’s are likely the Angels biggest competition for the second WC, so this is welcome news. He’ll still be back for their final 42 games but this will hurt them severely.

As for Calhoun, this is no slump. Nobody can slump to a .385 OPS almost two months into a season (with much worse numbers than that lately).

Likely won't be back until 2020, unfortunately. Eppler better be on the phone. This team needs 2-3 reliable relievers, at least. 

Of course Ohtani is the best player in the world. Name one other player who can hit like he does AND pitch like an ace. You can't. He's a once-in-a-lifetime kind of player.
