you've pissed off most of this board multiple times and have been asked to leave by multiple senior members.
will you just get the hell out of here, you're not an Angels fan that's for sure
Here are all the sites quoting Steamer's Ohtani projection from March:
https://www.thescore.com/mlb/news/1503511
https://msabr.com/2018/03/07/2018-season-preview-los-angeles-angels/

You're making shit up . Everything you've said about Ohtani and his projections is a lie. GTFO.

In fact, Ohtani's Steamer projection went down from 3.56 to 3.43.

Hitting: he was projected to be #17 in WRC+ during the 1st month, he's basically held steady at #21 but that's mostly due to Lindor/Ramirez and some others rising.
Pitching: he was #6 in ERA among starters but he's now projected for a half ERA higher. So guys like Buehler/De Grom/Mcullers/Morton are now ahead. Garrett Richards is just behind Ohtani, so much for Richards being shit. The dude is a good pitcher.
The projections are projecting the FUTURE: so Trout's steamer statline is over 105 games since that's how much of the season is left they're projecting him for. So Ohtani's current ERA, BA is included in the formula to determine his future statline, but it is not calculated into the statline. It's all what they predict he will do in the future.
BTW OHTANI IS AWESOME, but people on this board will make fun of any player but the second you say anything about Ohtani or Trout it's like a personal attack. if you took a compilation of remarks made about the other 23 players + Scioscia it would almost be cyber bullying yet if you say anything that isn't Ohtani/Trout are god then you're a hater.
You're wrong. Steamer projected Ohtani with a 3.56 ERA 2 months ago. Get your 'facts' straight.

What was he projected to do on Opening Day by Steamer? How much has it changed compared to then?

I'm still struggling to figure out what Maldonado brings to this team. He can't hit. The pitching staff also does far worse when he catches compared to Rivera (1.2 runs per game difference).

Marte's IQ has to be around 50.
-
From 3 outs to a grand slam. Damn this team is bad.
-
Pujols has a .685 OPS now. How much longer will this be tolerated before he’s released? If the guy had any pride or dignity he would retire but he’s only in it to pad his HR and RBI totals

Bedrosian's confidence is shot. He's not a bad pitcher but his mind is not in the right place now.
Much of the team is playing very tentatively and even scared. Major attitude change needed.
I don’t think this is a confidence issue. His stuff just isn’t there. He’s allowing hard contact nonstop.

How hard they hit the ball, from fangraphs:
Ohtani: 42.6% hard/50.8% medium/6.6% soft
Judge: 44.2% hard/38.9% medium/16.8% soft

Ohtani is an amazing hitter. I just want him to walk a little more now.

Need a 3-run HR

What the F*ck. Why is he so aggressive and unwilling to take pitches?
-
Nonsense article made to make Ohtani look bad and Verlander much better than he is
-
They were giving up a run for an out and Valbuena couldn’t even put the ball in play? Loser

Take a walk! That was a ball

Dafuq was ValbueNO looking for there?

Barria was cruising through 7 and was on fire. The Astros couldn’t figure him out all night and the manager yanks him! Lol you let him at the very least see what he has in the 8th.

This.
There was no reason to pull Barria there. He was dealing, only at 96 pitches. Typical Scioscia overmanaging again. He has cost this team many wins.
