    This would have sucked more if this were one of the Angels good seasons. I think. I don't really remember what those felt like.

    They tanked. Just like the Cubs and Astros, Oakland was fine finishing in last place multiple seasons in a row ('15-'17) to build for the future. The Angels have made it clear they won't do that.

    I’m at the game in ABQ tonight. When I bought the tickets weeks ago I was looking forward to seeing five different guys I had never seen before - not one of which are playing tonight. On the other hand, this is the first baseball game I have attended with my dad in 18 years, which is pretty cool. Thaiss is 2-2 with a double and a homer. Cheers, AW.
