  1. I dnt want to say it, but he seems like a likely trade candidate to bring back any player of significance.
  2. I heard a rumor( A comment on a Jeff Fletcher Twitter post that I seen on bleacher Report) that Barria was pulled early in his start today. Can anyone Confirm or deny? Does anyone have any more info on this? Would like to confirm before I start to speculate as to why.
  3. I understand how you feel and I am all for people having different opinions and voicing them. In fact I encourage discussion on improving the team, and that includes who our manager should be. But it’s when people say they will just start following another team because they do not agree with a decision or how things are going is what bothers me. I have been an angels fan literally my whole life. Some of my earliest memories are at angel stadium. As an avid follower and fan I have grew up with an angels team not used to any success, yet would come home and watch every single game that used to be on tv that I could catch. As a long time fan, I just can’t fathom the thought of just becoming another teams fan and dropping the angels like that. So that is what my post was about. Sorry for the long rant, but being an angels fan or not is more than whether mike scioscia is our manager or not, or whether or not mike trout resigns with us. For me, it is all in, all the time. That’s a true angels fan and Halo Honk for life. Go Halos.
  4. Awesome. I’ll make sure to overnight the check via UPS, and look out for the tracking number to be faxed to you sometime in the near future.
  5. Or Pujols. Thanks Mr. Spelling Nazi for the correction. You are so amazing .
  6. Bye bye then. We do not need any fair weather fans. And don’t let the door hit ya where he good lord split ya.
  7. How can you say that puljos being out of the line up is a “great thing.” We scored only one freaking run without him. He has 8 RBI’s in the last 9 games he has played. He has been heating up and is on pace for like 90+ RBI’s. At this point he is one of the only run producers in this lineup. We are most definitely a better run producing team when he is in the lineup. WE NEED TO AQUIRE ANOTHER BIG BAT BEFORE THE DEADLINE. But we are also a better team when puljos is in the lineup.
  8. Dammmnnniitttt. Moustakas is wearing the wrong jersey again today.
  9. Time for puljos, aka mr. 3000 to come through with an insurance run.
  10. If Tdawg says, it must be true. LETS GO HALOS
  11. This is just sad and disappointing. But, For how bad we have looked, we are only 4 1/2 games out. But man, does it feel like we are just a bad team right now. We need changes to the lineup, rotation, and bullpen at this point. Hope something changes or a bunch of players light fires under their butts.
  12. Kinsler is heating up. If he continues to heat up and play well. Do we still want a trade for Moustakas?
  13. This does seem plausible too. But they also have tried to put a winning product on the field with again players and if they fail by mid season, they may be looking to do a mini re-build (that’s way some are saying MadBum May be available). Or at least some people like us are hoping MadBum may be available.
  14. I’d be willing to give up a small fortune for the MadBum. I’d be willing to give up Barria, Bridwell, Jones, And Ward. And throw in a other prospect
  15. And you are obsessed with bashing Scioscia. There seems to be many reasons why Ohtani is not playing today (such as: blisters, just pitched 7 innings, puljos needing a day at DH, lefty pitcher) taken all together, this seems like a perfect day for him to grab an extra breather. It seems to me like we will most like see Ohtani DH three times a week more than four times a week. Which I am fine with if it keeps him and everyone else fresh. But stop with the scioscia bitching, we are 8-3 and off to our best start. Just enjoy being a fan instead of giving yourself an ulcer.
  16. I have always held out hope Gatto would turn into something. I’ve never personally scouted or seen him, but he is young and has a live arm. Just concerned that I have heard his fastball is pretty straight. Hope I have heard wrong or he can either work around that or learn to add some late life to the fastball somehow.
  17. It really seems like Richards is trying to overthrow every pitch (trying to throw as hard as possible). And then once he gets into a jam after walking a lot of people he starts to aim his pitches or continue to overthrow. It seems like when Richards was at his best, he was not over throwing, instead he had a fluid repeatable delivery. He just seems to be slightly overthrowing everything.
  18. It has definitely been set up that way for a reason. I just hope shoe will be ok. But glad we have this depth. Let’s just hope for some good health luck so we can keep that depth as a strength.
  19. I just get the feeling that big knock is not coming for us tonight.
  20. I feel like Lou Brown, Manager of the Indians in Major League Baseball II, when he is in the Hospital and the White Sox take the lead in the playoffs, and he says, "This is tragic stuff." I am just waiting for a rally so I can then say, "Now were starting to Roll Boys", and "Big knock (insert angels Players name), big knock."
  21. Ooohhhh. And Middleton has looked good. He may be our best reliever so far this early season.
  22. I am so glad to see Joyce in an opposing Jersey; I think parker settled in a bit. We should give him a chance; and I think Calhoun might be one of our best players this year. BTW....... LIGHT THAT BABY UP.
