Those of you saying Scioscia are just frustrated.  Its not his fault, look at the roster he has to deal with.  We have had cancers on this team for years in Aybar and Kendrick.  The 2 of them combined probably have the worst approaches in all of baseball.  Then you look at our bullpen, yeah of course were going to suck.

The answer is easily Dipoto.  Given the budget he has to work with he makes some incredibly stupid decisions, mixed in with some half way decent ones.  Theres no way we should be this bad. 
 
Not to mention, I think he has no idea what a bullpen is.

Getting HBP is a great way to get a walkoff for a team who struggles at getting clutch hits.

He should continue to hit 3rd.  As bad as he looks right now he still deserves the benefit of the doubt that he can turn it around.  He started very slowly a couple years ago but finished with 30 homers and over 100 RBI.  Its only a matter of time before he gets hot.
 
If he is still sucking in May at that point I would move him down.
