    Agreed HM, no reason to even look down that rabbit hole. I'm not a fan of the enemy combatant argument at all. To me it's an end run around the constitution and the geneva convention. Regardless, this crime should be dealt with by our Constitutional legal system. It's good enough for anyone and any crime.

    Can't believe Hanks didn't win the Oscar for that performance in SPR. Some heartreaking scenes in that movie. Great movie to remind everyone how horribly awful war is.

    I don't get that either tank. I'm guessing they felt it was more important to find other consirators quickly. I don't really agree with the move though. LT, that isn't the reason they gave for not Mirandizing him though

    I think it would be better to wait for a while to declare a winner in this debate. Petey will be good enough with the bat to make his defense worth it. That is all I expect from him. Personally, while he's doing okay I would prefer him at the bottom of the order.

    That is why there is a House. I might add it was the House that passed Sopa 2. I might also point out that North Dakota is one of the driving forces behind keeping the economy completely out of the toilet.

    The media coverage of this entire incident has been embarrassing at best. It is like they simply cannot control themselves.

    I am going to side with rally on this. (I know, I know) First, we don't really know much about what happened. We don't know if these kids are even guilty. Even if they are, I never blame family for not believing their kids are monsters.

    I don't think a kid in crew should get paid, I think the program should be supported though.
